I began Romak Market Research Solutions after working on both the client and supplier sides of the business. I appreciate how busy and overwhelmed many teams can be when projects overlap. My goal is to relieve this stress point and help teams remain successful by providing them with high quality, timely market research for their clients.
I have spent my career actively managing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative projects across both business and consumer research studies. I have led all phases of domestic and international research projects, including: proposal development, sample and questionnaire design, oversight of data collection, coordinating fieldwork and data processing, creation of reports, analysis, and presentation of final deliverables...all while managing the budget and completing projects on time.
Residing in Ohio, I bring ~30 years of well-rounded qualitative AND quantitative market research experience. After graduating from Xavier University with an MBA, I continued my market research career in both client and supplier-side positions. I have held client-side market research roles at Hill-Rom and LexisNexis. In addition, I have held supplier-side positions at both a small research supplier, as well as large, global research suppliers: TNS (now Kantar TNS), Synovate (now Ipsos), and Phoenix Marketing International. I have also attended courses on focus group development and moderating through the RIVA Training Institute. This well-rounded experience allows me to understand the market research process from all angles and appreciate the perspective of my clients.
